Disclaimer & conflicts of interest

In short. Nothing on Aktienanalyse is investment advice. We publish independent analysis and paid content; paid content is labelled “Sponsored” and never carries a valuation or a recommendation. Investing in small caps can lead to total loss.

The two lanes

We separate two kinds of content editorially and technically. The separation is structural, not a matter of labelling: each lane has its own URLs, its own templates and different fields in the editorial system.

Lane A — Independent analysisLane B — Sponsored
Address/en/analysis//en/sponsored/
Business relationship with the issuernoneyes, paid
Fair value / price target not at present never
Buy recommendation not at present never
Labellingnonepersistent “Sponsored” banner

A company cannot appear in both lanes at the same time. Once a paid campaign begins, any existing independent analysis of that security is frozen: it remains accessible with its original date but is not updated. Both pieces state this.

Currently not investment research

We currently publish neither price targets nor buy recommendations. Our content describes and contextualises; it contains no statement as to whether a security is over- or undervalued. It therefore does not constitute investment research under §85(1) WpHG or an investment recommendation under Art. 20 MAR.

Should we publish valuations and recommendations in future, this page will be amended beforehand and the change dated here.

Not investment advice

All content serves informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute investment advice, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments, and takes no account of your personal investment objectives, financial situation or risk tolerance.

Risk warning

Investments in small and micro caps are highly speculative. Such securities often show low trading volumes, wide bid-ask spreads and above-average price volatility. Many of the companies covered are not profitable and depend on recurring capital raises, which causes dilution. Total loss of the capital invested is possible. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Paid content

For Lane B content, the companies presented or third parties have paid Beyond Infinity GmbH for its preparation and distribution. This constitutes a conflict of interest. Such content is identifiable by the persistent “Sponsored” label, its own section, a full statement of the commissioning party, the nature and amount of the fee and the period covered, and the marking of outbound links as paid.

No warranty

All information is based on publicly available sources and company disclosures at the time of publication. No warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Prices and market data may be delayed. Forward-looking statements are subject to uncertainty and actual results may differ materially.

How this content is produced

Our pieces are produced with AI assistance from publicly available primary sources: technical reports under NI 43-101 or JORC, quarterly and annual filings, exchange announcements and the trading venues' own disclosures. Every figure is backed by a document and a date. Anything we cannot tie to a verifiable source is not published — it is left out, and we say so at the point where it is missing.

Before publication every piece passes an automated check against a disclosed rulebook. Among other things it blocks price targets and value judgements on individual securities, promises of returns, and technical figures without a source and a date. A piece that breaks any of these rules is not published.

Release is authorised by a person and logged with a timestamp. Editorial responsibility under §18(2) MStV rests with the person named in the imprint.

What this does not do, we state just as plainly: the automated check verifies form — whether a source is named, whether a date is given, whether an impermissible value judgement appears in the text. It cannot establish whether a correctly cited source has been reported accurately. If you find an error, please tell us; we correct it with a new date and version number, not silently.

Supervision

Compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation (Art. 20 MAR) as it applies to investment recommendations is supervised by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin), Marie-Curie-Str. 24–28, 60439 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Beyond Infinity GmbH is not an institution authorised by BaFin and does not provide any financial services requiring authorisation. We operate a journalistic and editorial publication; no licence under §32 KWG is required for that, and none has been granted.
